Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of LeaderInnerly offerings on leaderinnerly.info. By accessing or enrolling in our Executive mindfulness and inner leadership training, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
LeaderInnerly provides executive mindfulness and inner leadership coaching sessions ("Services"). Details of each Service will be provided upon enrollment.
3. Digital Products
LeaderInnerly may offer digital content such as courses, e-books, audio files ("Info Products") available via our website.
4. Physical Goods
LeaderInnerly may sell branded items, printed materials, or related merchandise ("Goods").
5. Fees and Payment
- All fees will be displayed in advance. You agree to pay applicable fees when selecting a Service, Info Product, or Good.
- Payments may be processed through approved third-party providers.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Services
If you find a Service unsatisfactory, you may request a refund within seven days of the first session. To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Requests made after seven days may be eligible for a session reschedule subject to coach availability. No refunds will be provided once more than two sessions have been completed.
6.2 Info Products
You may request a refund for Info Products within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed. Submit your request via our contact form. Upon approval, you will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days.
6.3 Goods
All Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for ship-backs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Approved refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 21 days of receipt of the sent back item.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a Service session up to 48 hours before its start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session fee. To cancel or reschedule, please use our contact form.
8. No Refund Scenarios
Certain Services, such as custom leadership retreats or group workshops finalized to specific client needs, are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked prior to enrollment and are non-cancellable within 30 days of the start date due to planning and resource allocation.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeaderInnerly’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the applicable Service, Info Product, or Good.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia without regard to conflict of laws principles.
